Troubleshooting

Lead fields (name, email, phone, budget) not being collected?

Root Cause: The AI Reply node is not set to 'LEAD' Agent Type or the lead fields comma-separated string is missing in configuration.

Resolution: Open your Flow canvas, click the AI Reply node, and verify that Agent Type is set to 'LEAD' and Lead Fields are defined.

Inbound WhatsApp messages not triggering the flow?

Root Cause: Flow is not synced / active, or Meta webhook callback URL is not connected in Channels.

Resolution: Ensure you clicked 'Sync Wire' and enabled the flow status toggle on the Flows page, and check Channels for a green 'Connected' badge.
